IMP: This is a list of Burkholderia genomes that are available for viewing with the JBrowse Genome Browser. The list is currently limited to select complete genomes.

The JBrowse viewer allows you to view multiple annotations from alternate resources as well as view and upload your own annotations including gene predictions and next-generation sequencing data. Please view the help doc on the browser page for more information.

We originally used the GBrowse viewer on this site but is no longer being actively developed by GMOD. We currently still host links to GBrowse views for genomes that were already loaded into GBrowse but we plan to phase them out in the near future. JBrowse has a superior interface for viewing gene annotations/NGS data and has a low performance overhead on our servers.
